About the role
Support science activities and administrative operations in a school environment by preparing materials, managing laboratory supplies, assisting teachers, and handling reception duties.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare materials, teaching aids, and experimental setups for science activities.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety and organization of the science laboratory.
- Track inventory and manage laboratory supplies and stock records.
- Assist teachers during science lessons and performance tasks.
- Greet walk‑in visitors and respond to phone enquiries professionally.
- Provide administrative support such as contacting parents, printing, scanning, filing and simple data entry.
- Assist students who are unwell, late or leaving school early.
Required profile
- Preferably 1 year of relevant laboratory experience in a school setting.
- Preferably 1 year of frontline or office administration experience in a school setting.
