Scrub Nurse – Operating Theatre (Day Surgery Centre)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Operating Theatre Scrub Nurse to join our well‑established Day Surgery Centre located directly above Farrer Park MRT station. The role offers a fast‑paced, multidisciplinary environment with no on‑call or overnight duties.

Key responsibilities

• Perform peri‑operative assessments for surgical patients.
• Scrub and/or circulate for Orthopaedic, ENT, Urology and General Surgery procedures.
• Handle and maintain surgical instruments and equipment safely.
• Apply infection control, aseptic and sterile techniques throughout each operation.
• Prepare operating theatres prior to scheduled surgeries.

Required profile

• Diploma in Nursing with a valid Singapore Nursing Board registration.
• Minimum 3–4 years of operating theatre nursing experience.
• Scrub‑trained candidates preferred.
• Experience in day‑surgery or multidisciplinary settings is an advantage.
• Team‑oriented, proactive, adaptable and strong communicator.
