Security Administrator – Identity & Access Management

About the role

The Security Administrator will support CGS International’s extensive financial services platform by managing identity and access controls, as well as overseeing infrastructure, application and data security configurations. The role involves close collaboration with system owners and policy teams to ensure secure and compliant operations.

Key responsibilities

• Identity and Access Management: create, modify, and revoke identities and access according to approved requests; maintain central records; extract data for owner reviews; ensure proper authorization and segregation of duties.
• Infrastructure, Application and Data Security Management: configure security settings, maintain central configuration records, support policy‑owner reviews, and enforce segregation of duties.
• Participate in security projects and provide troubleshooting support for security‑related issues.

Required profile

• At least a Diploma in Computing or equivalent.
• General IT knowledge with experience using IT systems, tools or products.
• Proactive, keen to learn, detail‑oriented and able to work under tight schedules and pressure.
• Willingness to share knowledge and collaborate with team members.
