Semiconductor Fabrication Operator (Fab Assistant)

About the role

The Fab Assistant works in a semiconductor fabrication environment, supporting the production of wafer‑based devices. Under close supervision, the operator performs routine tasks that keep the manufacturing line running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Operate alignment, masking, etch and diffusion equipment to process wafers.
• Calibrate and run process equipment according to standard procedures.
• Monitor process parameters and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Follow documented techniques for troubleshooting and maintaining control of the process.
• Deliver assigned output while adhering to safety and quality standards.
• Share information and updates with the team to ensure smooth workflow.

Required profile

• Less than 1 year of related experience in semiconductor or similar manufacturing.
• Ability to work on routine assignments with limited judgment.
• Comfortable receiving detailed instructions and working under close supervision.
• Eagerness to acquire job skills and learn company policies.
