About the role

We are looking for an ATE Test Technician with hands‑on semiconductor testing experience to support engineering, qualification, reliability, and test activities for packaged semiconductor devices.

Key responsibilities

Operate and support Advantest V93K/V93000 ATE for engineering activities.
Perform validation and verification of test rejects during qualification.
Support reliability readouts, engineering experiments, and data collection.
Perform basic troubleshooting of loadboards, test hardware, and components.
Generate GR&R reports and parametric test distribution summaries.
Analyze test results and support engineering investigations.

Required profile

Diploma degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
Experience in semiconductor testing of packaged devices.
Good English communication skills.
Hands‑on experience with Advantest V93K/V93000.

Required skills

Advantest V93K/V93000 ATE.
ATE testers and handlers.
Delta Matrix handlers (preferred).
Qualification, reliability/HTOL testing.
GR&R and statistical test analysis.
Loadboard/hardware debugging.
