Senior Account Executive – AI Banking Solutions

About the role

Personetics is looking for a Senior Account Executive to drive adoption of its AI‑powered banking platform across Tier 1 and Tier 2 banks in ASEAN and North Asia. You will work closely with senior banking leaders to shape digital and data strategies and close complex enterprise software deals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and win new Tier 1 and Tier 2 banking accounts, developing and executing regional account strategies.
• Own the full sales cycle from sourcing to contract signature, including stakeholder engagement, technical and security evaluation, regulatory review, procurement and legal.
• Expand existing relationships into new business lines, markets and use cases, ensuring long‑term partnership growth.
• Collaborate with pre‑sales, professional services architects, product and customer‑success teams to deliver coordinated pursuits.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, qualification and forecasting, and represent Personetics at industry events.

Required profile

• Proven track record of sourcing and closing complex enterprise software deals with banks or large financial institutions.
• Credibility with senior banking stakeholders and ability to lead strategic conversations.
• Experience selling in environments with incumbent platforms or in‑house solutions.
• Strong commercial acumen to build and defend business cases with finance stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel 30‑40 % across the region and based in Singapore or Hong Kong.
