Senior Account Executive – Client Service

About the role

The Senior Account Executive – Client Service is responsible for driving client satisfaction and delivering high‑quality Point‑of‑Sale Materials (POSM) projects. You will act as the main client liaison, provide strategic input, supervise junior team members, and ensure projects meet brand standards, budgets, and timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and offering strategic POSM and retail activation recommendations.
• Lead end‑to‑end project execution, including briefings, creative alignment, sourcing, production, and installation of POSM.
• Oversee vendor selection, negotiate pricing, and award contracts while focusing on quality, cost, and speed.
• Monitor project progress, resolve issues proactively, and ensure on‑time, in‑scope delivery.
• Validate quotations, manage budgets, invoicing, collections, and ensure compliance with procurement policies.
• Mentor Account Executives, review work, and support business development initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry innovations, share insights, and identify process improvements.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in account management, client service, or related roles, preferably within marketing services, POSM, or retail activation.
• Strong understanding of POSM production, sourcing, and procurement processes.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑stakeholder projects under tight deadlines.
• Excellent client service, relationship‑building, and negotiation skills.
• Financial acumen for budget and pricing management.

Required skills

• Knowledge of POSM production materials such as paper, acrylic, wood, and metal.
