Senior Account Manager – Public Sector

About the role

ASUS is seeking a dynamic Senior Account Manager to lead commercial growth within the public sector. You will be responsible for expanding our market presence, building strong partner relationships, and delivering tailored IT hardware solutions to government customers.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end commercial development for the public sector, from opportunity identification to pipeline growth and revenue generation.
• Strengthen ASUS brand credibility with resellers and partners, positioning the company as a trusted solution provider.
• Establish senior‑level relationships with partners, influencers, and decision‑makers to uncover and progress opportunities.
• Provide data‑driven feedback to headquarters to support partner strategy, forecast accuracy, and alignment with local market realities.
• Lead market analysis and account targeting to identify priority organisations, emerging trends, and new channels.
• Collaborate with technical and solutions teams to create compliant, government‑focused offerings.
• Deliver enablement and briefing sessions for partners and internal stakeholders to support solution adoption and sales execution.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of business development experience in the IT industry.
• Established relationships and credibility within the public sector.
• Excellent understanding of IT hardware and its ecosystem.
• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities at all organisational levels.
• Strong client‑service orientation with proven negotiation and persuasion skills.
