Senior Account Manager – SEA Demand

About the role

As a Senior Account Manager on the APAC Demand Team, you will manage key customer relationships in the SEA region, delivering industry‑leading service to mid‑senior level points of contact and acting as a growth partner for top clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and act on new partnership opportunities across SEA.
• Lead prospecting, acquire and grow new Liftoff customers.
• Manage a portfolio of mobile advertisers, launching campaigns, defining strategies, upselling, and aligning internal resources.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams (Analytics, Creative, Product, Operations) to deliver support and campaign optimisation.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with customer business objectives.
• Analyse complex datasets to drive account growth and performance improvements.
• Forecast revenue and maintain a healthy pipeline of existing and prospective clients.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders from mid‑level to senior directors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years experience, with at least 3–5 years in customer success, account management or sales in ad tech, mobile marketing, gaming, e‑commerce or digital consulting.
• Proven track record of managing a revenue quota and delivering performance goals.
• Strong analytical mindset, comfortable working with data and building client‑facing narratives.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to craft executive briefings and account reviews.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 25% and business proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English; Vietnamese a plus.
