Senior Accountant – Finance Business Partner

About the role

Atome Financial is seeking a Senior Accountant to act as a Finance Business Partner (FBP). The role sits at the intersection of accounting, tax, operational finance, and technology, supporting product assessments and finance‑driven system initiatives across our ASEAN operations.

Key responsibilities

• Participate actively in New and Amended Product Assessments (NAPAs) as the Finance representative, collaborating with product, tech, legal, compliance, risk and PMO teams.
• Lead end‑to‑end financial structuring and solution design for new product launches and strategic initiatives.
• Support Finance functions—including reporting, operations, tax and strategic finance—with system and reporting requirements.
• Translate finance requirements into actionable specifications for engineers and product managers.
• Provide secondary support for finance automation projects and contribute to business analytics, data querying, dashboarding and reporting automation.

Required profile

• Strong accounting knowledge and tax awareness.
• Comfortable discussing accounting treatment and tax implications with senior finance stakeholders.
• Ability to bridge finance and technology, turning business needs into technical specifications.
• Experience in finance transformation or automation initiatives is a plus.
