Senior Accounts Executive – Construction Finance

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Accounts Executive to manage finance functions for our construction projects. The role involves preparing financial statements, monitoring budgets, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements aligned with project and corporate requirements.
• Monitor project budgets, track expenditures and highlight variances to management.
• Implement cost‑saving measures and analyse project costing to ensure financial efficiency.
• Process invoices, manage supplier payments and follow up on client collections.
• Support payroll processing, overtime calculations and CPF contributions.
• Ensure adherence to MOM, IRAS and BCA regulations and support internal and external audits.
• Collaborate with project managers to align financial planning with construction timelines.
• Maintain accurate records of contracts, purchase orders and payment schedules.

Required profile

• Relevant finance or accounting qualification.
• Experience in construction industry finance or similar environment.
• Strong understanding of Singapore financial regulations (MOM, IRAS, BCA).
• Ability to work closely with project teams and senior management.
