Senior Accounts Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Accounts Executive to lead billing and accounts‑receivable activities for our Singapore operations. You will work within a dynamic, client‑centric environment, supporting the delivery of urban and infrastructure projects across the globe.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee billing activities for assigned entities.
• Prepare and submit e‑invoices through customer portals.
• Process receipt entries accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain systematic filing of invoices and supporting documentation.
• Liaise with Business Units to gather billing‑related information.
• Follow up with internal and external stakeholders to resolve billing issues.
• Handle queries related to accounts receivable.
• Ensure timely month‑end closing for AR and meet established KPIs.
• Support the Shared Services team in Manila as needed.
• Perform ad‑hoc duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher qualification in Finance or Accountancy.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a related accounting role.
• Strong knowledge of AR processes and accounting principles.
• Detail‑oriented, well‑organized, and able to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SAP SD module.
• Proficiency in SAP FI module.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
