Senior Accounts Executive

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Senior Accounts Executive to join our finance team in Singapore. Reporting to the Accounts Manager, you will manage full‑set accounting for multiple entities and support the department’s day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain full sets of accounts for a portfolio of group companies.
• Execute month‑end and year‑end closing activities and produce management reports.
• Perform debtor, creditor, bank and inter‑company reconciliations.
• Prepare GST returns and ensure timely statutory filings.
• Coordinate audit schedules and liaise with external auditors.
• Assist with corporate tax computations and work with external tax agents.
• Maintain fixed‑asset schedules and accounting records.
• Provide guidance to junior staff and review accounting work as needed.
• Identify and implement improvements to accounting processes and internal controls.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience handling full sets of accounts.
• Strong knowledge of GST, month‑end closing and financial reporting.
• Experience using XERO accounting software.
• Organised, responsible and able to work independently.
• Excellent analytical attention to detail.
