Senior Accounts Executive – Real Estate/Property

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Accounts Executive to join a leading real‑estate firm in Singapore. The role involves overseeing the full accounting cycle, ensuring accurate financial reporting and supporting the finance team in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage month‑end financial closing in line with the Group’s reporting timetable.
• Prepare accurate monthly financial statements compliant with accounting standards.
• Maintain the Fixed Asset Register, handling additions, disposals and depreciation.
• Perform inter‑company reconciliations and process POB recharge transactions.
• Prepare audit schedules and liaise with external auditors, tax agents and regulatory bodies on audit, tax, GST and statutory matters.
• Assist with cash‑flow reporting, bank reconciliations and the annual budgeting process.
• Process invoices, claims and payments ensuring policy compliance and proper documentation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support finance operations and undertake ad‑hoc duties.

Required profile

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting or finance experience; real‑estate exposure preferred.
• Immediate or short‑notice availability.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems (Yardi experience is a plus).
