Senior AI-Native IT Business Analyst

About the role

Palo‑IT is looking for a Senior AI‑Native IT Business Analyst to lead requirement discovery and shape digital product initiatives. You will work closely with product owners, developers and AI‑powered tools to deliver high‑quality solutions at speed.

Key responsibilities

• Lead workshops, design sprints and stakeholder discussions to elicit business and technical requirements.
• Document functional and non‑functional requirements, create user stories, acceptance criteria and maintain product backlogs.
• Analyse and re‑engineer business processes, mapping current and future‑state workflows.
• Partner with Product Owners and Delivery Leads to prioritise features based on business value.
• Collaborate with Developers, QA, DevOps and Designers throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Leverage AI‑powered tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) to improve analysis workflows and validate AI‑generated artefacts.
• Produce process maps, mock‑ups or prototypes to facilitate stakeholder alignment.
• Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and expectation management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems or related field.
• At least 6 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst delivering software or digital products.
• Proven expertise in requirements elicitation, business process analysis and workflow design.
• Hands‑on experience writing user stories and managing product backlogs in Agile environments.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders and navigate complex organisational dynamics.
