Senior Analyst – Advanced Operations & Process Excellence

About the role

The Senior Analyst will support the delivery and implementation of system enhancements, new products, and projects within Life Operations, focusing on claims processing. You will work closely with technology and business teams to drive digital solutions that improve efficiency and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Implement claims system enhancements, including ClaimEz, AI, and OCR solutions.
• Analyse end‑to‑end business processes, systems, and data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Create AS‑IS and TO‑BE process maps and develop detailed user requirements.
• Facilitate change prioritisation with users and stakeholders to meet launch timelines.
• Translate requirements into test scenarios, manage UAT execution, resolve defects and provide sign‑off.
• Perform post‑implementation verification and contribute to project planning and monitoring.
• Provide guidance to junior analysts and support specialists.
• Prepare training materials and conduct train‑the‑trainer sessions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business analysis within claims or insurance operations.
• Strong understanding of digital transformation tools such as AI and OCR.
• Ability to create clear process documentation and user requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience guiding junior team members and driving continuous improvement.
