Senior Architect

About the role

LOOK ARCHITECTS is seeking a Senior Architect to lead the design and delivery of large‑scale, high‑rise residential projects on Jurong Island. The role combines creative architectural design with hands‑on project management, ensuring that every project meets the highest standards of quality, safety and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and overall project management for large‑scale residential developments.
• Develop detailed construction drawings and design development packages.
• Coordinate and lead consultants, contractors and multidisciplinary teams.
• Monitor on‑site progress, resolve issues promptly, and ensure compliance with Singapore building codes.
• Prepare tender documentation, schedules and material specifications.
• Mentor junior architects and uphold design quality throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Recognised degree in Architecture; BOA registration preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience as a registered architect (5 years acceptable for registrable architects).
• Proven experience managing BIM‑based projects.
• Strong knowledge of architectural details, working drawings and construction practices.
• Familiarity with local building codes, regulations and Public Projects Contracts (PSSCOC).
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
