Senior Architect (Part‑Time)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Architect to join LOOK ARCHITECTS on a part‑time basis. The role involves leading design and project management for large‑scale, high‑rise residential projects in Singapore, ensuring high quality and compliance throughout the delivery process.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and overall project management for large‑scale, high‑rise residential developments.
• Develop construction details and design development packages.
• Coordinate and lead consultants, contractors and multidisciplinary teams.
• Monitor on‑site progress, resolve issues and ensure adherence to schedules.
• Guarantee compliance with Singapore building codes and regulations.
• Mentor junior architects and maintain design quality standards.
• Prepare tender documents, schedules and material specifications.

Required profile

• Recognised degree in Architecture; BOA registration preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of architectural experience (5 years acceptable for registrable architects).
• Proven experience on BIM‑enabled projects.
• Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, construction documentation and local building codes.
• Familiarity with Public Projects Contracts (PSSCOC).
• Effective leadership and communication abilities.
