Senior Architectural Associate

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Architectural Associate to lead design development and coordinate project delivery from brief to construction. The role involves close collaboration with clients, consultants and authorities to ensure projects meet regulatory, functional and aesthetic standards.

Key responsibilities

• Meet clients and professionals early to define and develop project briefs.
• Prepare planning and regulatory applications, and liaise with authorities for approvals.
• Produce design proposals using CAD and traditional drawing techniques.
• Assist detailed design, coordinate design information, and update tender documentation and construction drawings.
• Lead preparation of tender packages, manage contracts, and certify project milestones.
• Conduct site visits, record minutes, and resolve on‑site issues.
• Generate detailed specifications for materials and construction processes.
• Coordinate consultants, advise clients on contract procurement, and ensure projects stay on schedule.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of architectural experience in Singapore or Malaysia.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced team environment.
• Familiarity with Singaporean or Malaysian building regulations.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design and project delivery.
• Proactive, conscientious work attitude.
