About the role
To assist the Architectural Associate/Architect in delivering design and regulatory tasks for various projects.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare planning applications and other regulatory procedures.
- Develop design proposals using CAD and traditional drawing methods.
- Assist in detailed design, coordinate design information and produce tender documentation and construction drawings.
- Liaise with planning authorities to obtain statutory approvals and attend site visits.
- Coordinate site issues and produce detailed specifications for materials and construction processes.
Required profile
- Relevant diploma or degree in Architecture.
- At least 8 years of relevant working experience.
- Ability to work in a challenging, fast‑paced environment with a creative eye for detail.
- Experience in commercial, mixed‑use and residential projects is advantageous.
