Senior Assistant Manager, ICU Operations

About the role

NHG is looking for a Senior Assistant Manager for ICU Operations. The role covers data extraction and reporting, audit support, coordination of ICU council meetings and administrative support to ICU directors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and improve ICU data extraction and collection for code blue and other ICU-related indexes and EPIC reporting
• Organise and support ICU training courses such as FCCS, ENLS and BASIC
• Provide administrative support to ICU directors so that staff meet certification and posting requirements
• Coordinate and support CLABSI audits and other ICU audits
• Coordinate certifiers for brain death certification and related procedures
• Assist with daily tasks and project management to improve ICU operations
• Coordinate monthly ICU council meetings and minutes

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in healthcare, health sciences or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in healthcare-related roles
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and meticulous record-keeping

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Access
