Senior Associate, Digital Budget & Platform Management (Digibank)

About the role

DBS Consumer Banking Group is looking for a Senior Associate to join its Digibank team and support the shaping and driving of key initiatives for the digital platform strategy within Consumer Banking. The role offers foundational experience in digital platform management, centred on budget oversight, backlog management and collaboration across business, delivery and technology teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Digital Single Backlog, monitoring budgets, app releases and expected benefits for each digital release
• Work with Business, Delivery and Technology teams so that strategic and regulatory projects are prioritised, delivered on time and aligned with the Digital strategy
• Oversee digital budget management and ensure efficient use of resources
• Support monthly SG Initiative forums with strategic insight into initiative and enhancement (I&E) spend and utilisation
• Strengthen the Digital Governance process and framework and ensure adherence to digital platform policies and standards
• Define business requirements for digital initiatives by reviewing user stories and designing customer and employee journeys
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to spot opportunities for innovation and optimisation

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in budget management, financial analysis or a similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to interpret financial data
• Good communication and teamwork skills, working well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
