Senior Associate – Strategy & Deals

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Strategy& Deals team in Singapore. You will work on high‑impact projects across the deal lifecycle, from strategy formulation and market entry analysis to commercial due diligence and post‑deal integration.

Key responsibilities

• Support corporate strategy initiatives, including business planning, value‑creation, and restructuring.
• Conduct market entry and growth strategy studies for multinational clients targeting Southeast Asia.
• Lead commercial due diligence and M&A strategy engagements, collaborating closely with the broader Deals practice.
• Develop government‑strategy analyses and long‑term strategic studies.
• Engage with senior‑level clients in fast‑paced, high‑intensity project environments.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of top‑tier strategy consulting experience.
• Exposure to Deals work, such as commercial due diligence for private‑equity houses or sovereign wealth funds.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data‑driven insights into actionable recommendations.

Required skills

• Experience with commercial due diligence and M&A strategy.
• Proficiency in strategic analysis and market research.
