Senior Associate/Associate, Securities & Fiduciary Services Project Business Analyst

About the role

This Senior Associate/Associate, Securities & Fiduciary Services Project Business Analyst position sits in Group Operations, which manages the majority of the bank's operational processes across multiple banking delivery channels. It reports to the Operation Project Management Team Lead and works with Regional Product, Technology and Operations teams. The main responsibility is change management and delivering quality results within project timelines, with opportunities to join GenAI and DocAI initiatives that reduce manual operational work.

Key responsibilities

• Collate and manage the details of applications for the assigned business vertical
• Support the user community on business queries and guide better use of the system in daily business-as-usual activities
• Understand project scope and changes, support the Project Manager in impact assessment, and document the rationale for projects with no impact
• For impacted projects, help ensure the design aligns with the strategic data flow strategy
• Rationalise stakeholder requirements and walk them through with the team
• Partner in solutioning, considering long-term standardisation, design for no operations and front-end configuration
• Propose and sign off testing approaches and criteria, then perform UAT and manage timelines, batch runs and tester results
• Document data flow, design, solutioning and testing approaches using predefined templates

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in financial services, preferably in project management or business analysis
• Strong understanding of securities processing and fiduciary services operations
• Ability to turn complex business requirements into technical solutions
• Effective communication and stakeholder management, working with cross-functional teams
• Adaptable to change and able to work in a fast-paced environment
