Senior Asst Manager / Senior Executive, Office of Improvement Science

About the role

The Office of Improvement Science (OIS) is part of Changi General Hospital's move towards a value-based healthcare system for patients across the care continuum in eastern Singapore. The role involves taking part in transforming care processes and helping the hospital achieve sustainable excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate improvement projects using known improvement methodologies so they deliver value to patients and the organisation
• Work with healthcare stakeholders to design and improve care processes across settings such as primary care and community care
• Support the collection, analysis and interpretation of data
• Support and deliver training for Quality Improvement (QI) and Safety Science (SS)
• Plan and run culture-building activities for QI and SS
• Support Quality and Safety committees and workgroups in the hospital
• Other duties assigned from time to time

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline; entry-level graduates from reputable universities are welcome
• Healthcare experience preferred; 1 year of experience, preferably with improvement science exposure
• Good attention to detail and ability to work independently with appropriate coaching
