Senior Barista

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Barista to lead the coffee programme at our brand‑new all‑day café and bar in Singapore. You will set the quality standard, mentor junior staff and ensure every cup reflects our specialty coffee ethos.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve specialty coffee across all formats to a consistently high standard.
• Establish and maintain quality and consistency benchmarks for each shift.
• Train and coach baristas and all‑round staff on coffee techniques and product knowledge.
• Manage coffee inventory, oversee equipment upkeep and keep the bar area clean.
• Collaborate with management on seasonal offerings and menu updates.
• Support opening procedures and morning operations.
• Maintain a welcoming, professional café environment throughout service.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of specialty coffee experience with proven senior or mentorship responsibilities.
• Strong technical expertise in espresso extraction, milk texturing and manual brew methods.
• Proficient in latte art with consistent results.
• Organised, reliable and able to set standards for a team.
• Experience in opening a new venue is a strong plus.
