Senior Brand Designer

About the role

The Senior Brand Designer will work full‑time in a hybrid setting based in Singapore, leading end‑to‑end brand design projects for regional clients across Asia. This role blends strategic thinking with hands‑on visual execution to create compelling brand identities and guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Lead brand design projects from concept development through final delivery of identity systems and guidelines.
• Collaborate with strategists, account teams and regional clients to translate brand strategy into visual concepts.
• Create key brand assets, layouts and visual systems for both digital and print touchpoints.
• Present design work to clients, contribute to workshops and brand storytelling sessions.
• Provide art direction and mentorship to junior designers.
• Support continuous improvement of studio standards, processes and design quality.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in brand identity and branding with a proven track record of cohesive, differentiated brand systems.
• Advanced visual design skills covering concept development, typography, colour and layout for multi‑channel applications.
• Experience leading design projects, working in cross‑functional teams and presenting to clients.
• Portfolio showcasing brand identity systems, visual storytelling and work across diverse industries.
• Relevant education in Design, Visual Communication or equivalent professional experience.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid setup in Singapore and partnering with regional clients; prior agency or consultancy experience is essential.
