Senior Business Analyst - Private Banking Transformation (12-Month Contract)

About the role

A well-established international private banking and wealth management institution, active across Asia and global financial centres, is recruiting a Senior Business Analyst for a 12-month contract. The role leads regional banking transformation and client onboarding initiatives, partnering with business stakeholders, product owners and technology teams to improve client onboarding, KYC, wealth management and operational processes. It is open to work from home or hybrid.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business requirements for strategic initiatives with business stakeholders
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories for delivery teams
• Run workshops, stakeholder discussions and requirement sign-off processes
• Support project planning, business case preparation and delivery governance
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and resolve issues
• Monitor milestones, manage risks and report progress to stakeholders
• Lead change management and communication to support adoption

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems or a related discipline
• 8+ years of business analysis experience in banking, wealth management, asset management or financial services
• Strong understanding of private banking operations, including client onboarding and KYC
• Experience in business transformation, requirements gathering, process re-engineering and project delivery
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end business analysis in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
• Hands-on experience supporting and coordinating UAT

Required skills

• Knowledge of project lifecycle methodologies and software delivery frameworks
• Analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to engage with senior leadership, business users and technology teams

What we offer

• Compensation of SG$9,000 - SG$10,000 per month (SG$108,000 - SG$120,000 per year)
