Senior Business Change & Adoption Consultant

About the role

IBM Consulting is looking for a Senior Business Change & Adoption Consultant to help leading companies shape their hybrid cloud and AI journeys. You will work closely with clients to identify business challenges and design strategic solutions that drive transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic solutions to complex business challenges using business analysis and hypothesis testing.
• Lead the creation and rollout of new organizational frameworks, cultures, and transformation strategies.
• Guide clients toward change readiness by blending AI, behavioral science, and human‑focused approaches.
• Conduct change impact assessments and document impacts on personas, processes, technology, and people.
• Design communication plans, training curricula, and related content to support adoption.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in change management for large‑scale transformation programs.
• Proven experience supporting ERP, retail, digital or business process transformation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and experience conducting readiness assessments.
• Preferred Prosci Change Management Certification or equivalent.
