Senior Business Development Manager – APAC

About the role

Esri is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager for the APAC region to work with its distributor network, promote adoption of Esri’s GIS technology, and drive growth across diverse market segments.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and create new business opportunities by articulating the value of Esri solutions to customers and distributors across the APAC region.
• Lead strategic discussions, presentations and negotiations with executives and key stakeholders, contributing to regional growth plans.
• Build and nurture long‑term partnerships with distributors and customers, facilitating meetings that generate impactful ideas.
• Conduct executive reviews with distributors to finalize enterprise agreements and displace competition through market research.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience selling enterprise software solutions directly and through channel partners.
• Bachelor’s degree in GIS, business administration or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven negotiation and strategic engagement skills with a track record of driving revenue growth.
• Willingness to travel globally 25‑50% of the time.
