Senior Business Development Manager - E-Learning

About the role

Intuition, a strategic learning partner with a legacy in financial services, is looking for a Senior Business Development Consultant to drive revenue growth for its product and professional services business in Asia-Pacific. The role focuses on BFSI clients in Singapore, Hong Kong and Australia, sits in Singapore and reports to the EVP APAC. It covers e-learning products, technology and classroom solutions, both accredited and non-accredited, on an office-centric hybrid schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business and meet sales targets, developing existing accounts and inside wallets alongside colleagues.
• Run sales campaigns by prospecting, qualifying and closing opportunities in blended e-learning, technology and instructor-led offers, including coaching and executive education.
• Deliver sales presentations to prospects and develop accreditation and regulatory channels for learning solutions.
• Leverage industry contacts, evaluate competition and analyse the market to identify growth opportunities in APAC.
• Work closely with senior management, attend networking events and travel to clients when necessary.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 7-10 years' experience in e-learning or classroom sales within learning solutions.
• Track record of consistently meeting and exceeding personal B2B sales targets.
• Proven experience in solution selling to the financial market vertical, accredited and non-accredited.
• Experience in Hong Kong or Australia is an advantage; fluency in Cantonese or Mandarin is an advantage but not critical.
