About the role

The Senior Business Development Manager will lead a cluster of agencies, driving sales performance and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This role focuses on achieving yearly KPIs, expanding new business premiums, and building a high‑performing sales force.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve cluster yearly KPIs and growth targets for new business premiums and manpower.
• Conduct regular meetings with agency leaders and potential producers to improve performance, sales, recruitment, and business planning.
• Motivate top producers, identify future agency leaders, and develop succession pipelines.
• Collaborate with internal profit centers and departments to align strategies and support field operations.
• Provide logistical and problem‑solving support to agencies, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day business.
• Ensure all agencies comply with regulatory guidelines and maintain professional standards.
• Foster a productive and compliant working environment within the cluster.

Required profile

• Basic university degree.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to perform quantitative and qualitative evaluations.
• Project management experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Performance‑driven, team‑oriented, adaptable and confident.
