Senior Business Process Specialist

About the role

A global travel retailer, distributor and duty free operator is recruiting a Senior Business Process Specialist to join its regional team in Singapore. The role sits in the Asia Pacific region and focuses on cross-functional collaboration, process mapping, project management and supporting stakeholders, driving process simplification, standardization and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Drive process simplification, standardization and improvement through cross-functional collaboration, and keep process deliverables of good quality in a centralized repository.
• Conduct interviews and run workshops with business stakeholders to define customer needs and continuously improve processes.
• Support the people manager with project oversight, documentation and testing so that stakeholders receive quality support.
• Provide first-level support to users across the Asia Pacific region for systems functionality covering Purchasing, Sales and Finance.
• Manage tickets for quality, performance, maintainability and scalability through the Omni Tracker tool.
• Work with Learning and Development on training and update training manuals.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Supply Chain or a related discipline.
• Five years of practical experience.
• Working knowledge of SAP ERP (SD, MM).
• Ability to understand technical concepts and apply them to process innovation and business efficiency, using data to support business decisions.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with strong written and verbal communication.
• Can-do attitude, able to multi-task and work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
