Senior Buyer – Procurement & Sourcing (East Region)

About the role
We are looking for a Senior Buyer to lead end‑to‑end sourcing and procurement activities for our workshop operations in the East region. You will be responsible for securing spare parts, consumables, materials and services while ensuring cost‑effectiveness and quality compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full procurement cycle from sourcing to delivery for workshop needs.
- Evaluate supplier quotations, negotiate pricing and recommend purchasing decisions.
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners and internal teams to guarantee timely deliveries.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, vendor databases and expenditure reports.
- Drive cost‑saving initiatives, expand the supplier base and mitigate single‑source risks.
- Monitor supplier performance on delivery, quality and reliability, and implement improvement actions.
- Prepare weekly, monthly and ad‑hoc procurement reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and safety standards.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years of relevant procurement or buying experience.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills in English.
- Independent, organized and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent problem‑solving, analytical and decision‑making abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience using ERP systems for purchasing.
