Senior Civil and Structural Engineer

About the role

VB+E Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Civil and Structural Engineer who is passionate about AI, digital technologies and future‑ready ways of working. The role combines hands‑on design responsibilities with the opportunity to shape AI‑driven workflows and grow into a technical or digital leadership position within a collaborative, flat‑hierarchy environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and perform structural design and analysis for building and infrastructure projects.
• Explore, develop and implement AI‑driven workflows across design, analysis, documentation and coordination.
• Produce safe, practical and efficient engineering solutions in line with Singapore and regional codes.
• Review and improve digital design deliverables to achieve high quality and efficiency.
• Mentor colleagues, share knowledge and contribute to the development of digital engineering capabilities.
• Lead design reviews, feasibility studies, site inspections and resolve technical challenges.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent qualification recognised by PEB.
• Minimum 6 years of structural design experience.
• Strong structural design and analysis capability with knowledge of Singapore and regional design codes.
• Proven ability to deliver building or infrastructure projects from design through implementation.
