Senior Client Account Manager – Southeast Asia

About the role

Pinterest Singapore is seeking a Senior Client Account Manager to lead a portfolio of high‑value retail and e‑commerce advertisers across Singapore and Southeast Asia. You will act as the trusted advisor for advertisers, helping them achieve business goals through Pinterest’s advertising solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of flagship retail and e‑commerce advertisers, serving as the primary point of contact.
• Build senior‑level relationships, providing strategic guidance on media planning, measurement and full‑funnel performance.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with each client’s priorities, identifying growth opportunities and mitigating risks.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Engineering, Measurement & Insights, Product Marketing, Creative Strategy, Performance Solutions) to deliver best‑in‑class service.
• Translate complex data sets into clear narratives and actionable recommendations that drive measurable results.
• Maintain deep expertise in Pinterest advertising best practices, especially lower‑funnel and performance solutions, and guide clients on optimization.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing high‑value retail or e‑commerce advertising accounts in Southeast Asia.
• Strong commercial acumen with a data‑driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills at senior stakeholder level.
• Ability to develop strategic account plans and deliver results‑focused recommendations.
