Senior Client Success Manager – Enterprise

About the role

Addepar is a global data and AI platform that helps investment professionals turn complex financial information into actionable intelligence. The Client Success Management team oversees the full post‑sales lifecycle, ensuring clients derive maximum value from the platform. As a Senior Client Success Manager for Enterprise, you will own the relationship with Addepar’s largest and most sophisticated financial institutions, guiding them from implementation through growth and renewal.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end client lifecycle – from implementation and go‑live to ongoing growth and renewal – designing engagement plans with clear objectives, timelines and KPIs.
• Build deep, lasting relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including C‑suite executives and daily platform users.
• Partner with Account Executives to develop account plans, drive expansion, and achieve sales and retention targets.
• Deliver tailored presentations and product demos that showcase Addepar’s value proposition and align with client business objectives.
• Promote feature adoption, educate clients on new capabilities, and share best‑practice success stories.
• Represent client needs across Product, R&D, Support and other internal teams to ensure consistent, meaningful engagement.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in client‑facing roles (sales, client success, or strategy) within wealth‑management, banking or similar large enterprises.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth, managing complex enterprise projects and influencing C‑level stakeholders.
• Deep knowledge of front, middle and back‑office operations in wealth‑management firms.
• Strong analytical, time‑management and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to navigate matrixed organizations.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
