Senior Conference Producer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Conference Producer to design and deliver compelling content for GovInsider’s high‑profile conferences that bring together senior government officials, industry innovators and technology leaders. Based in Singapore, you will manage both digital and physical events, ensuring each program reflects the latest developments in public‑sector innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth industry research to shape commercially successful conference programmes.
• Identify, engage and secure speakers from government, technology firms and thought leaders.
• Develop and maintain relationships with public‑sector agencies and market stakeholders.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to provide market insights, value propositions and competitive analysis.
• Lead agenda development through video calls, face‑to‑face meetings and desktop research with potential attendees, speakers and sponsors.
• Oversee speaker logistics and ensure successful delivery of sessions.
• Support the Conference Lead or Director throughout the campaign lifecycle.

Required profile

• Strong interest in public policy, government innovation and emerging technologies.
• 3‑4 years of experience in conference or event production, preferably in the public‑sector space.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including ministers and chief executives.
