Senior Consultant – Advisory Services (Hospitality)

About the role

WATG is seeking a Senior Consultant for its Advisory Services team in Singapore. The role blends strategic analysis with design insight to enhance the performance and long‑term value of hotel, branded residential, and leisure assets.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute research and data‑collection activities for client development opportunities.
• Design and facilitate workshops with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to assess impact on projects.
• Apply interdisciplinary thinking to ground ideas in research insights and constraints.
• Manage day‑to‑day project operations, including staffing, fee tracking, forecasting, and client meetings.
• Collaborate closely with the Director of Advisory Services to guide analysts and ensure project alignment.
• Support client relationship growth and coordinate project administration.

Required profile

• Degree in real estate, economics, tourism, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in development, asset management, hotel valuation, consulting, or hotel advisory.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
