Senior Consultant - Cybersecurity Presales

About the role

NCS is looking for a Senior Pre-Sales Consultant (Cybersecurity/Infra) in Singapore. You will support sales through technical expertise, solution demonstrations and stakeholder engagement, acting as a Cybersecurity Evangelist who understands the security landscape, architectural models and cutting-edge solutions. You will work with both C-level stakeholders and technical teams as a trusted advisor.

Key responsibilities

• Support solution and bid reviews, and lead initial solution design, project planning and costing for client proposals
• Gather complex requirements, run client workshops and present, designing security solutions combining application, network, cloud ICT and OT components
• Advise clients on strategic and mega tenders as Solution Manager and single point of contact for cybersecurity solutions
• Build client relationships through regular communication, on-site meetings and executive briefings, and influence clients' cybersecurity posture through in-flight projects and innovation initiatives
• Stay current on emerging technologies, regulatory frameworks and industry trends, and attend trade shows and conferences as a senior technical resource
• Support client requirements related to regulatory compliance (e.g. IM8, AIAS, CSA Security by Design, MAS TRM)

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Security Presales Consultant
• Hands-on experience in two or more cybersecurity domains, such as application security, database security, endpoint security, incident response, managed security services, infrastructure and network security
• Ability to translate complex security solutions into business value propositions
• Previous experience with government tenders and GRC, and with security practitioners, network, application and database operations personnel
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education and experience
• Professional certifications (CISA, CISM, CISSP, GCIA) highly desirable
• Experience in a client-serving, project-based model; only Singapore citizens will be considered due to project sensitivity

Required skills

• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, AWS and Google Cloud
• Security protocols, cryptography, PKI and authentication/authorization frameworks
• SIEM/SOAR tools, database configuration and basic queries
• Advantageous: WAN, IoT/Video, Kubernetes and containerized applications
