About the role
Infosys is hiring a Senior Consultant in its FSI (Banking and Financial Services) practice, based in Singapore on a contract basis. The role focuses on production support and issue resolution.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and monitor Autosys job execution.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose production issues, providing root cause analysis and resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production issues.
- Create and maintain documentation of production issues and their resolutions.
- Implement and maintain processes and procedures to improve production support.
- Coordinate with DevOps teams to ensure proper deployment of sprint releases.
- Take part in weekend rosters and respond to production issues after business hours.
- Identify opportunities for process and performance improvements.
