Senior Consultant - Organization Design

About the role

The Talent & Organization practice in APAC supports large global firms and leading local brands on Human Capital Management transformation, organisational change and agile ways of working. As a Senior Consultant, you will join a team focused on world-class workforce operations and experiences, delivering quality client service, insightful solutions and balanced priorities. The role suits experienced consultants with a background in talent and organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Craft and deliver organisation design solutions (operating model, organisation structure, process re-engineering, enterprise performance map) aligned with client strategy and needs
• Develop strategy workforce planning based on the client's technology and business mid- to long-term journey
• Design tailored organisation change management solutions and drive adoption of new solutions
• Lead programme and project management for the deployment of new workforce solutions and initiatives
• Contribute to practice development, service offerings and go-to-market initiatives

Required profile

• Relevant professional experience, such as a Big 4, global management consultancy, niche consultancy or in-house role on large-scale projects
• Knowledge of core HR, workforce administration, talent management and recruitment processes
• Experience implementing people solutions in technology-related, M&A and other complex projects
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills, and project and programme management experience
• Ability to work independently and manage a small team if required
• Nice to have: fluency in another language besides English
