Senior Consulting Engineer

About the role

We are expanding our Support Services team at ClickHouse and are looking for a Senior Consulting Engineer to provide consultative support to enterprise customers in Singapore and globally.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to customer projects, handling design, architecture, integration, implementation and documentation, including benchmarking, performance testing and migration.
• Provide case‑initiated consultative support for strategic users, assisting with onboarding, production launches and proof‑of‑concepts.
• Handle L1‑L3 support cases, work closely with Product Management, Engineering and Sales to influence roadmap and account plans.
• Create and maintain public and internal documentation, knowledge‑base articles, reference architectures and benchmark results.
• Mentor new team members, participate in hiring and be on‑call to deliver 24×7 support, including up to 35 % regional travel.

Required profile

• 5+ years in professional services, support, technical account management, engineering/SRE or project management.
• 5+ years working with scalable, fault‑tolerant distributed database systems.
• Proven experience leading large‑scope technical projects with multiple engineers.
• Strong knowledge of public cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) and their IaaS offerings.
