Senior Cook

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team in Singapore. You will be responsible for preparing high‑quality dishes, maintaining consistency, and leading junior staff in a fast‑paced restaurant environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and restaurant standards.
• Ensure timely service while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Oversee daily kitchen operations and coordinate food preparation activities.
• Supervise and guide junior kitchen staff in food preparation and cooking procedures.
• Monitor food quality, portion control, and presentation standards.
• Maintain proper storage, handling, and stock rotation of ingredients.
• Keep kitchen equipment, workstations, and preparation areas clean and hygienic.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies and ingredients.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and workplace safety requirements.
• Perform other kitchen‑related duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant environment.
• Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen sanitation practices.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Responsible, reliable, and committed to high food‑quality standards.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
