Senior Creative Designer

About the role

SiliconPlus is seeking a Senior Creative Designer with deep expertise in brand identity and integrated creative design. You will translate brand and communication strategies into distinctive visual systems that work across campaigns, digital platforms, publications, and physical spaces.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and evolve brand identities, visual systems, and comprehensive brand guidelines.
• Create integrated campaign concepts, key visuals, and visual narratives for digital, print, out‑of‑home, and experiential channels.
• Design digital assets such as social content, advertising, landing pages, EDMs, and collaborate with UX/UI and content teams.
• Produce corporate publications, presentations, and long‑form layouts that clarify complex information.
• Contribute visual direction to UI/UX, environmental graphics, exhibitions, and spatial branding.
• Lead projects from concept through final execution, present ideas confidently, and mentor junior designers.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience in brand and creative design, campaign communications, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand identities, visual systems, integrated campaigns, and digital content.
• Proven ability to develop brand guidelines and apply them across real‑world touchpoints.
• Excellent typography, layout, art direction, and visual storytelling skills.
• High proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud; working knowledge of Figma is a plus.
• Confidence presenting work, collaborating across disciplines, and guiding junior designers.
