Senior Creative Producer

About the role

As a Senior Creative Producer in Level Infinite’s internal creative studio, you will act as the bridge between artists, partner studios, and the games they develop. You will own the most complex and high‑profile productions—including in‑game cinematics, trailers, key art, renders and marketing content—guiding them from brief to delivery on time and on budget.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end production of high‑profile projects across cinematics, trailers, key art, renders and marketing assets.
• Scope, cost and resource productions accurately, creating quotes and statements of work with full commercial discipline.
• Build production plans, schedules, budgets and trackers, setting standards for the wider team.
• Manage technical cinematic pipelines (script, storyboard, mocap, previs, blockout, animation, lighting, FX, sound mix) through to final delivery via Perforce.
• Oversee 3D asset pipelines (modeling, texturing, rigging, grooming, lighting, rendering) with realistic effort estimates.
• Develop trusted relationships with partner studios, source and manage external specialists, and ensure quality standards.
• Mentor junior producers and project managers, and deputise for the Head of Production as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of production experience in a creative environment, with a strong portfolio of shipped cinematic, trailer or marketing content.
• Deep understanding of in‑engine cinematics and 3D asset workflows, able to scope and challenge estimates credibly.
• Exceptional project‑management rigor, commercial acumen and independent judgement.
• Proven ability to build trust with clients, partner studios and external vendors at senior level.
• Excellent communication skills and a mature, selfless attitude toward feedback.
