Senior Customer Success Manager (Thai Speaking)

About the role

As a Senior Customer Success Manager in Braze’s Enterprise team, you will partner with high‑profile brands to help them unlock value from the Braze platform. The role focuses primarily on customers in Thailand and involves both strategic guidance and day‑to‑day support.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to align on commercial goals and drive renewals, retention and net‑retention targets.
• Serve as the main point of contact and trusted advisor for Thai customers, building success plans and guiding feature adoption.
• Analyze product usage to identify opportunities, risks and upsell possibilities.
• Coordinate with Technical Support, Industry Solutions and Deliverability Services to ensure seamless support.
• Conduct regular check‑ins, executive business reviews and on‑site visits, and act as escalation point when needed.

Required profile

• Proven track record in customer success or related roles, managing complex, high‑value enterprise accounts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong follow‑up and relationship‑building abilities.
• Team‑player mindset and high intellectual curiosity.
• Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders; certifications such as PMP or Agile are a plus.
