Senior Cybersecurity & Governance Executive

About the role

You will be responsible for spearheading the design, implementation, and operation of our cybersecurity controls to protect the organisation’s IT and OT environments against evolving cyber threats. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver cybersecurity initiatives. We are looking for candidates who are dynamic and technically strong across a wide range of cybersecurity domains.

Key responsibilities

• Lead implementation of cybersecurity controls across network, endpoints, and cloud environments.
• Design and improve security architecture, including network segmentation and system hardening.
• Evaluate, deploy, and manage security tools and technologies.
• Drive vulnerability management, patching, and remediation activities.
• Monitor, investigate, and respond to security alerts, incidents, and anomalies.
• Collaborate with MSS providers and other vendors to enhance security monitoring.
• Automate workflows using scripting and AI to increase efficiency.

Required profile

• Degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 3–6 years of hands‑on experience in cybersecurity engineering, operations, incident response, or related fields.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and project‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder and vendor coordination.
