Senior Data Analyst Consultant - Healthcare

About the role

PwC Southeast Asia Consulting is hiring a Senior Data Analyst Consultant (Healthcare) within its Advisory practice, which covers the full range of clients' digital capabilities from strategy to execution. The consultant works with healthcare stakeholders to turn their business goals into actionable data strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Talk to business stakeholders to uncover opportunities for a data-driven business unit, collect and scrutinize data and generate initial insights.
• Engage in business acumen, data comprehension and meticulous data preparation.
• Gain deep insight into business processes and design solutions that drive transformation.
• Establish and enforce standards and policies that keep client data secure, private, accurate, accessible and actionable.
• Work on data management, migration, strategic planning, change management and policy and regulatory landscapes.

Required profile

• 5 to 8 years of Data Analyst experience with healthcare stakeholders (hospital operations, corporate functions and senior leaders).
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
• Past experience in healthcare is mandatory.
• Comfortable working with statistics and strong business acumen on healthcare industry trends.

Required skills

• Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python and R.
• Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Planning, organization, analytics, problem-solving, communication and leadership skills.
