About the role

NTT Singapore is looking for a seasoned DDI Engineer to join its network operations team. You will be responsible for the design, deployment, migration and ongoing support of enterprise‑wide DNS, DHCP, IPAM and NTP services, with a focus on 24/7 on‑call and weekend coverage.

Key responsibilities

Architect, implement and maintain large‑scale DDI solutions across on‑premise and cloud environments.
Lead migrations from legacy systems to platforms such as Infoblox, BlueCat or VitalQIP.
Provide Level‑3 troubleshooting and incident resolution for DNS, DHCP, IPAM and related services.
Develop automation scripts and integrations using Ansible, Perl and vendor APIs.
Collaborate with network, security and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless service delivery and capacity planning.

Required profile

10+ years of hands‑on experience with DDI/IPAM technologies in enterprise settings.
Proven ability to work in a 24/7 on‑call rotation and handle weekend support.
Strong stakeholder management and customer‑facing consulting skills.
Relevant certifications such as Infoblox DDIP, BlueCat CP, Palo Alto PCNSE or Cisco CCNA are a plus.
